How long does it take to prepare my order?

Production time: 1–5 business days

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday–Friday only

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International shipping may be affected by customs delays, which are outside our control.
Once the parcel leaves Lithuania, it is handled by your local postal service.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
We take full responsibility for our products and delivery.
If your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, we will:
